Donation Cancellation and Refund Policy
Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to HKM Bhilai-Raipur System will be deemed to be a failure transaction. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. Such transactions will be refunded in 10-15 working days.
All bookings are FINAL. Cancellation is not allowed.

- Any request for cancellations of payments/donations once duly placed shall not be entertained.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by the Temple for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
Hare Krishna Movement: Bhilai-Raipur, reserves the right to refuse/cancel a donation towards the activities if:
- You do not indicate the purpose of the donation.
- You do not give your full name, address and other contact details.
- You do not not give your PAN when donating ₹ 10,000/- or above. When you try to donate but due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure or technical problem of the website, you do not receive any confirmation message, and find that the money has been debited from your bank account, please contact us: hkmbhilai@gmail.com we will check the transaction status and update / inform you the status of the transaction.
