Shipping and Delivery Policy

We only ship to Indian subcontinent (as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partner)

• We ship on all working day (except Sunday, public holidays, regional holidays)
• Orders placed after 4.00 PM will be shipped on next working day
• Some products may have special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place an order.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship via reputed logistics services with tracking.
• In case of any issue related to delivery of order, the customer has to report us within 15 days from the date of order shipping, no complaint after 15 days will be entertained.
• The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the software adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
• Volumetric price will be applied when shipment weight is less but the size is big. (Example a cotton pillow may weight less, it occupies more space in the container)
• Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving the correct address.

Tracking Order #

Here you will find all the orders listed. Click on the Order Details, in this page you will find the orders status, tracking ID and Track Order button

Note: Tracking ID will be available after the order is Shipped.

You can track the shipment on the logistics companies website. (eg.)

Above terms is not applicable for large sized/bulk products (ie. partial / full truck loads). The tracking details/vehicle number/driver contact details will be updated to the customer during order dispatch.

Time to Deliver #

Normally, stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Time To Dispatch does not include the Time To Delivery to you by logistics service provider.

We do not guarantee the Time To Delivery, but based on our experience here are the ETA

• India Post (Normal Parcel): 2-4 Weeks
• India Post (Speed Post): 2-15 Working days
• Delhivery Logistics: 2-10 Working days

Above terms is not applicable for large sized/bulk products (ie. partial / full truck loads). The ETA for dispatch and delivery will be updated to the customer when placing an order.
